The Power of Connection and Embracing Change - with Nationwide
The last time our Lead Happiness Consultant, Dave Keeling, spent 90 mins online, he’d inadvertently gone down an Instagram rabbit hole.
So, he was thrilled to channel that misspent enthusiasm into something more fruitful, and luckily for him, it came under the guise of Nationwide Building Society (the largest retail bank in the UK).
The brief was simple: in a world that’s data-driven and with roles that bring lots of pressure and uncertainty, could Dave deliver a 90-minute virtual session that would show the assembled throng of forty accountants the power of connectivity (relationships, not wifi) how to embrace change, have an impact and provide practical outcomes whilst having fun and leaving the audience buzzing?
The answer, we’re glad to report, was yes.
In a variety of ways, Dave explored:

The session whizzed by, and the engagement was kept high throughout with questions, reflections, stories and chats.
Everyone left the session buzzing with practical takeaways and lots of laughs, which left Dave wondering what he may have missed on Insta (that’s apparently what the youth call it).
