Supercharging Teamwork at Battersea 

Even the best teams know there’s always room to be even better. That’s why the Income and Expenditure team at Battersea took part in a Laughology workshop designed to enhance their ways of working and communication.  

Led by Laughology’s Head of Happiness – Stephanie Davies, the session used Insights Profiling to explore thinking and communication styles. With a mix of psychology, humour, and interactive exercises, the team discovered what makes each other tick (and occasionally twitch!).  

Activities like Love Letters and Superpower Buddies revealed strengths, blind spots, and how to flex communication styles to collaborate even more effectively.  

The result? A team even more aligned, confident, and ready to tackle anything—from budgets to biscuits.  

By the end of the session, they left with practical tools, fresh insights, and a shared commitment to working brilliantly together—because when communication flows, great things happen (especially for the cats and dogs they support!).
