And yes, she's the kind of person who carries her British Library card like a badge of honour - because being curious about everything is just how she rolls.
From training rooms to theatre stages, Selina's journey is anything but ordinary. She kicked off her career in the rather serious world of local authority Training & Policy, but her creative sparkle couldn't be tamed by paperwork and procedures. Despite raised eyebrows and a few "Are you sure about this?" conversations with family and friends, she boldly stepped into the world of acting and writing.
Along the way, she even mastered the art of balloon animals - though these days, she's more focused on shaping minds than inflatable giraffes.

Selina's superpower? Taking complex topics like inclusion, communication, and wellbeing, and turning them into engaging conversations that stick. She's a champion of our signature "Big Chats, Little Chats" program, helping transform workplace culture one conversation at a time.
When she's not shaking up management communication, you might find her collaborating with Inspiring Futures or working with teachers to decolonise the National Curriculum and foster inclusivity in daily school practices. She loves getting stuck into a good cause - including working with The Federation of Entertainment Unions to help creative professionals survive and thrive in an industry that's changing faster than a TikTok trend.

This month, our focus is on mental health and inclusivity, which is lucky as Selina is laser-focused on both of these areas. She's not here for tick-box exercises or quick-fix solutions, either. Instead, she's all about honest conversations and real change, helping organisations build futures as diverse as the communities they serve.
And when she's not changing the corporate world? You might spot her dancing like nobody's watching, practising her underwater breathing techniques (current record: classified), or meditating her way to inner Zen. Although she prefers appreciating nature from the comfort of her home when the British weather does its thing.
