Team Building with DNV Services UK 

DNV are independent experts in assurance and risk management. They contacted Laughology as they wanted a one-hour webinar in January to support their team with wellbeing and resilience, supporting the team with their mindset for 2025.

We knew just what was needed! A 60-minute FLIP-it Thinking webinar with Louisa Rodriguez would be a great fit for meeting their outcomes, giving the team a toolkit of strategies for all things resilience.

During the webinar, Louisa and the team talked about resilience, where beliefs come from, how they shape our thinking and how we feel about what happens to us. From this, they explored helpful behaviours and those that hinder us. 

The DNV team got the opportunity to reflect on where they put their focus in terms of what they have influence over, ‘wonky’ language and the positive power of visualisation. Even though it was a webinar, the team was engaged and shared through chat the positive steps they would take to help themselves during the year.

As one happy attendee said, “It was very interesting and fun. Really enjoyed it and learned a lot!”
