Prime Plc are Truly Human Leaders

The team at Prime plc have started out on their journey to become Truly Human Leaders.  Many organisations talk about how everyone is a leader, but they don’t really mean it. However, Prime Plc do.  

So much so they have taken away any hierarchical structure and created a different way of working where people come together in mini teams to get stuff done. In each team, there are specialists and experts to help with everything from technical expertise like law, planning and construction to supporting expertise such as administration and project planning.  

Everyone and anyone can lead in their expertise, which means everyone is responsible and accountable. And to help them on their way, they’ve called on the expertise of Laughology’s Stephanie Davies and Sarah Creegan to support their teams to be even more brilliant.  

The first part of the programme is about leading the self. This covers understanding one’s self and the team's motivation, communication and thinking styles. It’s also about how to adapt and flex these to get your message across and understand others.
