Leadership and Change: Serco Teams Step Up with Laughology  

Leadership is no walk in the park, especially when change swoops in. So, who better to guide a newly formed group of Serco leaders than Laughology’s Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies?  

Last year, Serco leaders were thrown into action to deliver a fast-paced project. This year, they pressed pause to reflect on who they want to be as leaders. Enter Stephanie, armed with her unique blend of humour, psychology, and practical tools.  

In an interactive session, Stephanie explored leadership mindset, supporting teams, and leading through change – all while ensuring leaders prioritise their own well-being. The result? A toolkit packed with techniques for navigating change, fostering curiosity, problem-solving, and inspiring teams to thrive.  

The session left Serco leaders energised, equipped, and ready to tackle the next 12 months with resilience, openness, and a renewed sense of purpose.
