Here at Laughology, we put our money where our mouth is. We believe business should be a force for good, so we’re starting a Happiness Fund, to fun - you guessed it - happiness.
There are many great community initiatives in the UK that support mental health, wellbeing and learning through workshops, research, support groups and more. These often make the biggest differences because they're led by people who have first-hand experience of the challenges being tackled.
We believe that funding grassroots, neighbourhood-based happiness projects throughout the UK is a great way to impact wellbeing and happiness in a big way. Therefore, we’ve created The Happiness Fund to enable and support projects that improve mental health and wellbeing, inclusion, learning and skills development in local communities.
The fund is intended to support new groups and activities. To be successful, applicants will need to indicate how the activity/group can become self-sustainable or able to attract funding from other sources in the longer term.
The fund will award £2,500 per quarter to up to four different projects per year. Each project can only apply once in a funding year. We want to spread happiness and we would love to help you, your communities, and your neighbourhoods. Please help us by letting people know this fund is available the application process is open.
Successful applicants can also be mentored by one of the Laughology team as they grow through their first year.
