This FLIP-It workshop will increase workplace motivation, resilience and engagement. It shows organisations how to find the positives in situations, embrace challenges, and deal with change and transformation.
Delivered in a dynamic, interactive style by experts in positive psychology and the neuroscience of learning.
Transformation, managing workloads and facing challenge are some of the trickiest things to get right. Most leaders and managers will have been in a situation where teams or individuals feel helpless and struggle with these things, choosing to focus on the negatives. This leads to a range of difficulties, including low motivation, disaffection and lack of engagement.
If you can’t adapt as an organisation, you can’t progress. The best and most productive organisations are the ones where people are encouraged to find the positives in situations rather than fear challenge and fall into patterns of catastrophic thinking. Dealing with change positively is a skill. It develops resilience. Organisations with the ability to do this, record better levels of wellbeing and productivity. Resilient humans are happier and healthier.
I loved the whole session. Everyone was laughing the whole way through. However, I also enjoyed some of the theory behind it all and will really try to use some of the knowledge in my day to day life.
Great session which resonated with the theme. The presenter was engaging, amiable and knowledgeable. Made the audience feel at ease and happy to participate. The deliver was effective and engaging and the FLIP it thinking model for seeing things differently is helpful in every aspect of life
