Sarah’s highly-successful teaching career spanned more than twenty years and makes her the perfect facilitator for our education programmes.

She has held a range of primary school posts including inclusion leader and headteacher.

As a highly respected, dynamic leader, she ensured that her school went from a satisfactory Ofsted ranking to good within the first two years of her headship.

Sarah is now a consultant and uses her extensive knowledge and experience of the education sector to support school improvement and the emotional well-being of pupils, staff and school leaders.

She delivers workshops and training and is a particularly effective mentor and coach. Sarah is a natural with children and loves learning from them.

Sweetness and light and all things bright

What do I need to bring me true happiness? Do I need a list of 45 joyous things to do, do I need cupcakes, chocolates and flowers? Or is it a case of what I have always known deep down (and I suspect you also do too); without the Smurfs in my life, I can never find true happiness. But, if...
