Telefonica O2 UK: Territory Trainer Team nominated for a Happiest Team award

The O2 UK Territory Trainer Team's mission, who have been nominated by Jonny Cain, in the Happiest Team category of the National Happiness Awards 2018, is a training team within O2 who get people to 'think differently' with 'fun and engaging' training and creating a learning environment which delivers results.

In his nomination, Jonny, a member of the Territory Trainer Team says: 'I work with some incredible people who make every day better through fun and engaging training.

'There are 6 team members: Keith Wood, Ian Egerton, Ian Young, Fiona Pearman, Daniel Messenger and myself Jonny Cain. Together we support 2500 people across the UK with fun and engaging training, which makes a genuine difference to people.

'We do this by delivering training which makes people smile, laugh, and think differently. We don't take life too seriously and making each other smile every day is as important as making our audience smile.

'Our recent initiative LEAP has helped some of our store teams to deliver better performance by creating the right environments to have great conversations with our customers. This has delivered up to 49% growth in some business areas by encouraging team members to adopt the correct mindset.
