Victoria delivered a webinar on the Science of Happiness for the Planning Inspectorate this August, covering how and why we should put realistic happiness at the forefront of our teams and organisations.
From understanding the positive effects of laughter and positivity on the brain to demonstrating how and why our brains can veer towards control and worry in our everyday lives, this interactive engaging session delivers a toolbox of ways that we can help and support each other.
The Science of Happiness keeps wellbeing at the centre of workplace conversations whilst being fun and encouraging teams to celebrate their work and each other. It can be adaptable to different organisational aims and is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and rebuild teams to create a positive culture.
With around 25 participants coming together to share funny stories, discover their personal patterns of behaviour and find out about the drivers of happiness and positivity, Victoria’s session was lively and upbeat with many commenting that it was a great way to spend a lunch hour.
The group were able to take away practical steps and actions to achieve realistic happiness, as well as having been boosted with a significant dose of happy hormones.
