Stephanie Davies, Laughology’s Head of Happiness, supported a wider team away day with a workshop for over 60 GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) team members.
With lots of change happening, the workshop was to help everyone develop even better ways to approach change with resilience and a growth mindset. The workshop was hailed as one of the best people had attended and focused on navigating change through a positive mindset and maintaining resilience in the face of challenges.
Attendees could look at ways of staying calm and in control by focusing on what’s possible. The workshop encouraged discussion around real work challenges and ways to collaborate, which helped to move everyone forward. It also included techniques for setting small, achievable goals to aid motivation when things feel tough and fostering constructive group conversations to propel ideas forward rather than echo chambers that hinder progress.
The GSK team departed with inspiration from Stephanie, as well as practical ideas to implement, ensuring a lasting impact on their approach to change management and resilience.
