Supporting Nespresso managers to have effective conversations

Laughology’s CEO and Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies, has supported Nespresso’s area managers by delivering our popular “Big Chats, Little Chats, Coaching for Development ” course.

Designed to equip managers with the skills and confidence to have effective conversations with their teams, the training helps to build strong relationships and supports personal and professional development.

The Big Chats, Little Chats approach to coaching is ideal for Nespresso’s Boutique Management Team, who need to have quick development conversations in the moment, on the shop floor and in a motivating and fun way. Using a mix of theory, practical exercises, and real-life examples, Laughology has provided Nespresso’s Boutique Area Managers with the tools and techniques to have meaningful conversations with their teams that support growth and development.  

Stephanie has also been enjoying the delights of Nespresso’s coffee and has been educated on the variety of coffee tastes available, including floral, spices, sweet, cocoa, fruity, green/vegetative, roasted, and nutty.  And just when she got her head around that, there was further education on additional milk, such as pea milk and Peanut Crunch. These were life-changing development conversations right there!
