There’s a lot of change underway, and we’ve been helping shape the mindset that supports it. This month, we brought their whole people team together – not just to celebrate the wins, but to build on them. There were market stalls of knowledge-sharing, competitions to pitch ideas, and buckets of energy in the room. 

We explored curiosity as a leadership mindset, challenged the urge to rush to solutions, and looked at how staying in ‘define mode’ for longer can lead to more meaningful, needs-based change. The result? A day full of buzz, learning and fresh ideas that are already making waves across the organisation. 

It’s the kind of day that reminds us: change doesn’t have to be painful. With the right mindset – and a few good snacks – it can be energising, creative, and dare we say… enjoyable.
