With nearly a decade of experience in training and consultancy, Doug has worked with a wide range of companies including Holiday Inn, McDonald’s and Spire Healthcare.
As a learning and development coordinator, he works closely with clients to understand the needs of their business and to ensure learning opportunities are maximised during sessions.
He loves a pub quiz, especially the geography and sports rounds – but some would say he’s far too competitive. Although he hung up his rugby boots several years ago, he’ll never miss a game and is a die-hard Wasps fan.
