West Derby Network Learning Community (WDNLC) raced off to Aintree in Liverpool for a day focussed on the wellbeing of hardworking teaching staff.
The day consisted of various workshops including robotics, circus skills and Laughology for wellbeing.
The Laughology workshops were delivered by Kerry Leigh and proved very popular. The delegates were understandably keen to let their hair down, have fun and learn new strategies for improving their wellbeing and resilience along the way.
