Kerry Leigh and Stephanie Davies were back at eye health product company Bausch and Lomb as part of our ongoing commitment to their development programme.
We worked with their leadership team delivering Truly human Leadership as a workshop. In the half-day session, we drilled down into the fundamentals of effective leadership, looking at factors such as leadership qualities, working with a variety of personality types and developing teams. Leadership teams were also taken through our FLIP- it, resilience and problem-solving workshop to help them face challenge positively. The sessions were brilliantly received with the fun leadership group. The successful sessions compliment a series of workshops we have delivered for the company on a range of topics.
