This month Juliette Yardley had the pleasure of working alongside Helen Bovey of Icarus to deliver focus groups for both customers and employees of Trafford Housing Trust.
THT are looking to develop and enhance their ‘customer first’ service, and Laughology was invited to facilitate this event. Findings are being drawn up currently, and Laughology looks forward to supporting THT in the future.
