The Science of Laughter delivered to the nation’s bedrooms, dining rooms and kitchen tables

Kerry our Lead Laughology Facilitator spoke at the Health and Wellbeing at Work 2020 event and was invited by a new client to run a session at their upcoming workplace Wellbeing event. Then Covid-19 made its dramatic appearance – DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN!

But the client was not deterred and found a way to make their wellbeing vision work online and still include Laughology.

It’s heartening to see that so many businesses are realising that now, more than ever, employee wellbeing needs to be prioritised. Not having an audience ‘in the flesh’ was a new experience for Kerry but it didn’t stop her. She delivered a bitesize session on The Science of Laughter which they loved and had employees tuning in from their respective bedrooms, dining rooms and kitchen tables.

They all took away timely tips on how and why to keep morale up using humour and laughter at a time when ‘social distancing’ can make us feel more than just physically disconnected. Oh, and our Kerry finally got to say she’s been ‘on the telly’!
