Laughology took a nostalgic trip back to its drama school roots when founder Stephanie Davies ‘performed’ at the Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield in front of an audience of public sector workers, or ‘adoring fans’ as she liked to call them.
The event was organised by Kirklees Council which holds a quarterly conference for staff. In a one-hour motivational, interactive presentation, Stephanie explored the subject of creating happy, engaged teams and cultures.
She spoke about the five themes of happiness and how leaders can take a strategic approach to developing them. There were over 300 people in the audience and Stephanie got to walk on stage to applause and her own backing track, which she was very pleased about!
