Laughology’s Kerry Leigh delivered a team building session with RBS Comms team in August and they enjoyed it so much we were invited back to work with the same team this month.
The phrase ‘team building’ is used so much now it has lost its meaning for some, but Kerry Leigh’s workshop reinforced why it’s so important for teams to get to know one another and develop relationships and improve communication and have a good laugh together.
There were some new team members alongside staff who had worked together for years and they all learned something new about each other. RBS realise that team building, or whatever you want to call it, is something that should be worked on consistently so that teams don’t stagnate, but flourish.
