RBS Comms department in Edinburgh have been working hard without hardly time to catch their breath.
Their leaders took this opportunity to give staff time to get off the ‘hamster wheel’ in order to get a fresh perspective and reconnect with each other while injecting some creativity into what can sometimes be a process-driven environment.
Creative, innovative thinking can be stifled under these conditions and Kerry Leigh’s session introduced tools to help teams be imaginative and playful in their approach to new ideas and problem-solving.
