The learning teams at Hertfordshire County Council do a vital job in the county’s schools, supporting them in a range of ways.
The teams include everyone from educational psychologists to support workers. Laughology delivered a whole day of learning to the teams to give them practical skills to help them in their work. The day focussed on helping adults and children with resilience and delivered practical techniques that can be delivered for children to help them feel better and calmer in situations. The techniques were also useful for staff. The day also covered growth mindset Laughology style, and looked at language and behaviours.
