Stephanie Davies delivered a session on resilience at our latest Happy-Centred School, Mildmay Infants and Nursery School in Chelmsford, Essex.
At the end of the year, teachers wanted something upbeat, which Stephanie duly delivered. Teachers’ workloads continue to expand as more demands are placed on the profession through government policy changes.
The session included FLIP and identified positive ways staff can manage workloads while keeping up with changes without getting stressed.
