Wellbeing for special education needs

In a recent poll of 5000 teachers, 47% admitted to having seen a doctor in the last 12 months over job-linked physical or mental health problems.

With this in mind, Dave Keeling delivered an upbeat 90-minute keynote on developing skills for wellbeing at a large teacher conference in Twickenham Stadium.

The audience comprised over 100 senco (special education needs coordinator) teachers from the boroughs of Kingston and Richmond.

The session looked at risk-taking, laughter and humour as a tool for positive change and FLIP.
