Question: How do you keep 180 Primary head teachers, deputies and senior leaders in a room for an hour on a baking hot Friday afternoon?
Answer – Send in Laughologist Dave Keeling. Having never been to Cheltenham Racecourse, Dave was very excited by the prospect of having a flutter. Instead, he ended up having a laugh with leaders of learning at the Cheltenham Primary Heads Conference, an annual event organised in conjunction with Lamond Events. The day gave delegates a chance to get together and renew, refresh and rethink why they do what they do. Dave’s job at the end of a fantastic day was to inspire and entertain which he did in equal measure, and made sure they were sent home happy.
