Motivation and Wellbeing at Ninestiles Teaching Alliance

When asked ‘Who are the most important people in schools?’ we often hear the selfless reply: ‘The students’.

However, without the tireless efforts of teachers helping to shape young minds, our education system simply wouldn’t exist. The wellbeing of teaching staff is more relevant than ever as teachers work harder.

Experienced and newly qualified staff from Ninestiles Teaching Alliance in Birmingham gathered to network and share skills and coping strategies. Kerry Leigh kick-started the evening with a high-energy keynote to break the ice, motivating people to connect and sharing some simple tools to promote wellbeing.
