We had the pleasure of working with transformation specialists Chaucer recently when they launched their positive diversity inclusion programme.
And last month we were back again when they rolled out a mentoring programme to encourage diversity. Stephanie Davies spoke about her own mentoring experiences and shared her tips on creating the right relationships and having the right conversations. She also presented research on the importance of mentoring to promote diversity. The event was a success and the subsequent Q&A session was filled with probing questions and enlightening answers.
