There have been a lot of changes at Infonetica over the past couple of years.
And who better to facilitate 2 training sessions than Laughologist Sarah Creegan – not only because she lives down the road from Infonetica’s HQ, honestly!

- Communicating even more effectively
- Recognising fixed and growth mindsets
- Developing FLIP It Thinking skills
- Managing workload and projects
With most people back in the office part-time and others travelling to be there for the sessions, it was great for the team to be able to have some fun together again. There were lots of lightbulb moments, with one person realising he’s been working in splendid isolation for a very long time and needs to be more of a team player. Good for him!
People also set themselves personal targets to work on. From knowing Sarah and her ex-headteacher ways, we hope folks have made a start on their actions. She could pop in at any time to check!
