Juliette Yardley provided the keynote speech and a workshop at a national conference for zoologists from across the UK.
She spoke about The Science of laughter and humour for personal development, and the audience got the chance to monkey around as they learnt about how to improve their own communication skills when engaging and informing the public about all creatures great and small.
Juliette’s workshop focused on outstanding presentation skills to help staff learn the best ways to engage children and young people in educational settings.
