Earlier in February, Stephanie Davies was invited to deliver a growth mindset workshop to the lease team at European bank, BNP Parabas.
The session was attended by leaders and managers and looked at how teams can deliver innovative and efficient service using growth mindset principles. The one-day workshop started by investigating the fundamentals of growth mindset and, in the second half of the day, delegates looked at tangible ways to utilise growth mindset in their working lives.
