After successfully delivering at an MOD conference recently we were invited back to the government ministry again to deliver a growth mindset session at an event held to mark International Women’s Day.
The MOD is currently going through massive organisational change, which can be challenging for teams and individuals.
Our interactive workshops help to identify and shift the language and behaviours which may be limiting, thereby encouraging us to adopt a growth mindset in order to embrace challenge and increase resilience.
