WM Housing are implementing change, and that brings some inevitable challenges. As a pre-emptive measure they asked Laughology to deliver Growth Mindset training to groups of managers and staff.
With seven sessions in total in the West Midlands, around 350 employees learned how growth mindset can be a really useful tool to help cope with change.
