Juliette Yardley continued our long and valued relationship with The Outward Bound Trust when she delivered the third and final session in a training series that looked at the links between growth mindset and managing teams.
Giving challenging feedback, knowing your management style and celebrating positive behaviours were all examined. It was also great to see Rob Smith again, who won Happiest Employee at last year’s National Happiness Awards.
