Sarah Creegan joined the folks at Portesbery School in Surrey for an afternoon of Growth mindset and FLIP.
The school caters for children and young people with severe learning difficulties and it places great importance on the wellbeing of all staff. After a morning of trampolining, massage and crafts, Sarah treated them to a Laughology session which was active and engaging and included some fantastic power posing (particularly by the Head).
There were also lots of laughs, and much food for thought.
