Victoria Maitland and Ed Elgood visited Greenvale Primary School in Croydon to deliver a range of workshops on FLIP and Growth Mindset to the whole student body, from reception to year 6.
The classes discovered how our brains learn new skills and how to put a plan into action to reach goals and achieve ambitions.
Ed very much enjoyed finding out about the year 5’s heroes and Victoria’s highlights were the ‘celebrity’ chat shows with students. Together they learned that self-belief, positive thinking and practising to improve our skills are the keys to success and many students came up with a personal mantra to carry them through their journeys.
