When lead happiness consultant Dave Keeling was a schoolboy, he was a big fan of the show Fraggle Rock. So when he was asked to spread some happiness for Fragomen, he assumed he’d be conducting a jaunty singalong in a lighthouse with some fluffy puppets.
His disappointment when he realised this wasn’t the case was short-lived, however, as the actual client are immigration attorneys, solicitors, and consultant. Ever the professional, Dave packed his overnight bag and set off to do the business in the Greek capital, Athens.
The event for Fragomen was a truly international affair consisting of top performers from various levels across the EMEA region.
Dave’s job was to make ‘em laugh and make ‘em think. He challenged the room to recognise opportunity, embrace risk, manage change and develop a more growth-mindset approach in their personal and professional lives.
The session was shot-through with practical tips, strategies and thought-provoking ideas, and brought together with a sense of humour and collaboration.
Dave enjoyed the session immensely and there was positive feedback.
