Stephanie Davies continued our close working relationship with the CIPD and presented a two-hour workshop on creating happy workplaces at the Nottingham CIPD branch evening events.
They were a raucous group who were up for a laugh. Workplace confessions came in thick and fast as delegates discussed some of the funny things that had happened to them. One of the delegates described how she struggled to keep a straight face when her boss explained to her that he’d been on a romantic weekend break to London with his wife, the highlight of which was when he ‘took her up the Shard’.
