Juliette Yardley delivered a half-day keynote to a group of deputy heads in the Colchester area.
Speaking about ‘making brilliant connections’ the workshop focused on how to build rapport and develop positive relationships within staff teams and with parents. The group learned how developing emotional intelligence skills, whilst using humour as a communication tool, can influence great relationships.
