December is traditionally the month of office parties and general jollity, so it was apt that Stephanie Davies began the festive build-up with an RBS team awayday, designed to enhance bonds and links between teams.
Stephanie walked in on delegates while they were involved in a first aid module and several were bent over dummies administering mouth-to-mouth.
The scene provided plenty of comedy material and Stephanie delivered a half-day session on growth mindset which was fun and dynamic and included improvisation and communication skills tasks.
