Following impressive results from our pilot Big Chats, little chats (BC,lc) programme in select O2 retail stores, the programme is now rolling out to all leaders in stores across the UK.
BC,lc is about creating the right environment for people to flourish, and showing leaders how to help their teams grow and be future-focussed.
In order to make the programme sustainable, we have created a train-the-trainer model, using select people within the O2 organisation to support and train leaders in stores.
They have been busy learning Laughology techniques and the fundamentals of the BC,ls programmme. In September Stephanie Davies spent a week with these trainers, observing them as they deliver the programme in stores.
