Banking on growth mindset success with M&S

Stephanie Davies delivered a final session for the heads of region at Marks and Spencer bank.

The workshop investigated how heads and their teams can embed growth mindset techniques into their cultures to be even better than they already are. The bank is fairly unique in the sector in that it works in retail and in M&S shops, so banking staff need to have a different way of working. During the session, we looked at techniques that would apply particularly to banking.  Delegates were sent off with projects to implement based on business objectives in which they can utilise some of the new ideas they learned.
