Laura Drury had the pleasure of delivering two assertiveness programmes for student accommodation specialists Liberty Living over the summer.
The team wanted to up the ante on their negotiation skills and both sessions were an absolute hoot with, at times, hysterical laughter and the occasional snort. But there was a serious side too and delegates took away a toolkit of skills and techniques to help them negotiate more effectively.
The sessions ended with the creation of a family of mini Laughology people (pictured) Libbie, Bertie and baby Gary Carol (best not to ask). …and Laura was chuffed to hear that the lovely Je-Mele, with great pride, had been nominated for the Happiness Awards!
