Kerry Leigh went on the road with one of the biggest care home operators in the UK to spread a little happiness.
Four Seasons Health Care executive team staged a national roadshow visiting Glasgow, Newcastle, Nottingham, Belfast, Warrington and Luton for each region’s care home managers.
Each venue was cleverly transformed by Apex Event Management to look and feel like a sitting room in a cosy home, complete with cushions and cake.
We were engaged to deliver a key note on ‘Happiness Matters’ – focussing on The science of happiness, including our unique Happiness matrix that looks at equipping managers with cognitive tools to increase the happiness of their residents and the resilience of their staff.
