Laughology was invited to the organisation’s wellbeing conference where Stephanie Davies delivered a talk on wellbeing and critical thinking skills for resilience to over 70 delegates.
We also attended conferences for headteachers in Essex and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Stephanie delivered at both events.
At the Essex conference, she focussed on excellent leadership, communications and how to deliver messages in a positive way, even when the message is challenging.
In a half-day event for Kensington and Chelsea heads, she spoke about how to use humour as a positive leadership skill for communication and also delivered content on transactional analysis and growth mindset for leadership.
