Laughology went global again this month when Stephanie Davies presented a webinar on the world-wide web for internet learning platform BrightTALK.
Her talk, entitled Growth mindset and happiness: the secret to recruiting top talent investigated how employers can identify skills and potential and hone, develop and improve them to encourage flexibility in taking on new tasks and thinking creatively.
Stephanie explained to her audience that today’s jobseekers are looking to work in places that are people-focussed and employers need to promote this on their websites and in their hiring processes, in order to attract the best talent.
