giffgaff was a worthy runner up in last year’s National Happiness Awards and are one of Laughology’s favourite organisations.
Like us they are passionate about doing things differently and they certainly do. We particularly like the furnishing in their training room which include bean bags and wobble chairs, which make training fun and force facilitators to think carefully about the workshops being delivered and how they are run. This month we worked with the giffgaff development team who push forward new ideas for products.
They are a creative team and our remit was to get them to think differently using growth mindset and creative thinking, and to encourage increased team collaboration. The session was fun and practical and we looked at some business projects with the delegates. Stephanie Davies, who facilitated, also managed a 360 on the wobble seat, which impressed the teams no end.
