Motivating customers with Mackenzie Marketing

Kerry Leigh was invited to speak to clients of Castleton Accounting as part of their 20th Anniversary celebrations, organised by Mackenzie Marketing in Wilmslow.

Following on from their previous speaker earlier in the year who focussed on the inevitable automation of many jobs, they posed the Question: What Can People Do?

Laughology helped answer this by focussing on the fact that human beings are motivated by the way they feel, explaining the neuroscience, and asking businesses how they make their customers feel and giving a high level overview of the FLIP model as a cognitive tool to improve customer motivation.
