A new team had been developed and Laughology was called in to give them a fun understanding of the mechanics behind successful team building.
The session looked at different think styles and personality traits and how they impact on collaboratation. After lots of laughs and shared experiences the team walked away with a better understanding and appreciation of each other and how differences can combine to make a more effective whole.
