Victoria Maitland spent the morning with a cheery, energetic group of year twos at Thomson House School in South West London. Together they explored ‘Growth Mindset for an Amazing Brain‘.
Victoria took the group on a 450-million-year journey of brain evolution, looking at how and why our minds have learnt to react the ways they do. Victoria hosted a chat show with the group which encouraged everyone to talk about their talents and achievements and their future development plans – covering everything from Cartwheels, Pokemon, Maths and Football. Finally, much enjoyment was had by crafting 3D Brains from coloured pieces of paper.
